Arvin Sango, Inc.
strongly believes in being a good "Corporate Citizen" and is a frequent
contributor to local charities and community projects. "Our World, Our Company... and
Let Us Work for Our Own and Everyones Prosperity" its more than a
company motto. Its a promise we make not only to our customers, but also to our
members and the communities of Madison, Indiana, and Merced, California. We have touched
the lives of thousands through charitable donations and personal involvement in a variety
of regional programs and volunteer organizations. Each community is equally supportive of

In 1986, an idea was conceived to beautify Madison's
riverfront by building a brick walkway overlook, and installing period lighting,
landscaping and benches. Since that time, nearly $3 million has been invested in
the Riverfront Project with 95% of these funds provided by the general public. Thanks to
this public interest, the walkway now extends .9 miles.
The Riverfront Project in Madison, Indiana is located on Vaughn Drive between St.
Michael's Avenue and Vine Street, overlooking the Ohio River. Arvin Sango's overlook, at
the foot of Jefferson Street, was completed in 1992.The featured watercolor is by artist Larry Rudolech of
Madison, Indiana. |

ASI presented a check for
playground equipment for Jaycee Park to Mayor Al Huntington at Arvin Sango's Decade of
Dedication ceremony in 1996. The equipment was assembled by volunteer members of the
Madison Jaycees Club, but was not installed in the park until the spring of 1997 due to
the Ohio River flooding its banks in February of 1997. The playground's orange and blue "activity gym" features three
different slides, a bridge, a covered 'look-out', and many other features. |

ASI's California plant donated $10,000
to the City of Merced, California in October 1996 for the purchase of bleachers for the
Merced Youth Sports Complex. The Complex, currently under construction, is a joint
project between the City of Merced and the Merced Youth Sports Association. |
| The complex's fields are multi-purpose
for community youth football and soccer, with two fields to be equipped with lights for
night usage. The complex also will feature a hard court area, a picnic area with
concession stand, horseshoe pits and play equipment. |
